A $5 fee will be applied if you do not cancel your sign up for class within 6 hours of the class starting

This is a 1 month contract agreement. Payment will be auto- drafted out of the card on file.

Contract will not be refunded, cancelled early or extended to the next week/next month. Use it or lose it.

This contract will auto renew on the last day of the current month, unless a cancellation request is submitted by text or call a minimum of 3 days prior.

By signing up for a membership, you agree to allow Ethereal Rebels House of Flight to draft the agreed monthly fee out of your account on the last day of each month.

You agree to keep the payment on file, current and if your payment does not process due to expired information or insufficient funds, you will be charged a re-processing fee of $35 on top of your membership.
